We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
Your email address is used solely to send login verification codes via Resend. It is not displayed to other users, not included in any messages, and not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Messages you compose on Voidmail Pro are stored in our database and may be read by other users of the platform as part of the anonymous circulation feature. Messages are not attributed to your email address when shown to other users. Do not include personal or sensitive information in messages.
Voidmail Pro is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with data stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare's standard network logs may include IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Account data and messages are retained indefinitely to support the platform's circulation feature. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Note that messages already circulated to other users' inboxes cannot be retroactively removed.
Voidmail Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
