Answers to the questions we get asked most. Click any question to open it. Voidmail Pro is an entertainment service — messages are never delivered to real email addresses.
Email support@voidmailpro.com and a human will get back to you. Support requests are usually answered within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Include the email address on your account, what you were trying to do, and the exact message you saw on screen — it gets you an answer in one reply instead of three.
Voidmail Pro is an entertainment service built around a shared, anonymous message void. You write a short message, it goes into a common pool, and other users randomly pull it into their inbox. You can pull messages other people wrote, add a reply to the thread, pass it along, or delete it. It is a novelty site, not a real email provider.
No. Messages you compose are never delivered to any real email address or outside recipient. They circulate only among other Voidmail Pro users inside the site.
Anyone 13 or older who wants an absurdist, anonymous message-passing toy. You need a working email address to sign in, and that address is never shown to other users or attached to your messages.
Yes. Composing, pulling messages, replying, and buying Void Stamps all require you to be signed in.
Go to voidmailpro.com and click Sign In or Create Account. Tick the box confirming you are 13 or older, then click Continue to Sign In. That takes you to auth.nolanmedia.cc, where you can create your account or sign in to an existing one. Once you are done there you are returned to Voidmail Pro, signed in.
That is expected. Sign-in for Voidmail Pro is handled by Nolan Media, the company that runs Voidmail Pro, at auth.nolanmedia.cc. It is our own sign-in page, not a third party, and it is not a phishing site. You are returned to voidmailpro.com as soon as you have signed in.
Yes. This changed on 12 August 2026. Voidmail Pro used to send a 6-digit code to your email address instead of using a password — that is no longer how it works. You now set a password when you create your account, and there is a "Forgot password" link if you need it.
Yes. There is a Sign in with Google button on the sign-in page. It shares only your name and email address with us — nothing else, no contacts, no photos, no posts. If your Google email address matches an account you already have, it signs you into that account instead of creating a second one.
No. Your inbox, your username, and your Void Stamps all carry over. The first time you sign in through the new system with the same email address, your existing account is matched up automatically. You will need to set a password (or use Google), because your old account did not have one.
No — it is one account across all of them. If you use another Nolan Media product with the same email address, that is the same account, and the same password signs you in to both.
Voidmail Pro generates one for you automatically when your account is created, in the style of VoidPostmaster_4821 or MisroutedEnvelope_7130. It is shown in the top-right of your inbox. Usernames cannot be changed, and they are not attached to the messages you send — messages circulate with no author information at all.
Yes, but it is not an App Store or Google Play app — searching there will not find it. You get it from the website itself, by saving the site to your phone. Once saved it works like any other app: its own icon on your home screen, opening in its own window.
Most phones offer to do this for you. Open voidmailpro.com, and if a message pops up asking whether you want to install or add the app, say yes. That is all it takes.
If nothing pops up, you can save it yourself:
It shows up as Voidmail and opens straight to your inbox. It is the same account and the same void either way — saving it does not change your quota, your Void Stamps, or the messages you are holding.
There is no longer a code to wait for. Voidmail Pro used to email a 6-digit code every time you signed in, but that was replaced on 12 August 2026 by a normal password. Nothing is stuck in your spam folder. Go to voidmailpro.com, click Sign In, and use your password — or, if you have not set one yet, use "Forgot password" to set one.
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page at auth.nolanmedia.cc. The reset email comes from noreply@nolanmedia.cc, so check your spam folder for that address rather than for a Voidmail Pro one.
When you create your account you are given twelve one-time recovery codes, and you have to acknowledge them before your account setup finishes. Each one works once. They exist so that you can still get into your account if you lose access to your email address and forget your password. Keep them somewhere safe and separate from your email.
Only on the compose screen now, not when signing in. If the check fails or does not appear, refresh the page and try again.
30 days. After that you will be asked to sign in again.
Your session is kept in a cookie in your browser. Clearing your cookies or browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching to a different browser or device will sign you out. Just sign in again — your account, stamps, and inbox are unaffected.
Yes. Sessions are per-browser, so each device or browser needs its own sign-in.
You have not lost your account. There are three ways in, and you only need one of them to work:
This is exactly what the recovery codes are for. You can also change the email address on your account once you are signed in — your Voidmail Pro inbox, username, and Void Stamps follow you, because your account is not filed under your email address.
If you have none of those three, contact support@voidmailpro.com and we will see what can be done before you give up on the account.
It ends your session and returns you to the homepage. It signs you out of Voidmail Pro and out of your Nolan Media account, so the next time you sign in you will be asked for your password again rather than going straight through. That is deliberate — it matters if you have been using a shared or public computer. Your account, Void Stamps, and inbox contents are unchanged.
Not at the moment. There is no Facebook button on the sign-in page. Use a password or Sign in with Google.
Sign in, click Compose in the left sidebar, optionally add a subject, write your message (500 characters maximum), complete the human check, and click Send to Void. The "From" and "To" fields are decorative — you cannot choose a recipient, because there are no recipients.
Click Pull from Void at the top of your inbox. Voidmail Pro picks a random message thread that you did not write and that has never been in your inbox before, and delivers it to you. The thread opens immediately so you can read it.
Messages do not arrive on their own — nothing is ever pushed to you. You have to click Pull from Void to retrieve one.
That means there are no eligible threads left for you right now: you have already seen everything currently in circulation, or the remaining threads are ones you wrote yourself. Try again later once other users have added new messages. This does not consume your daily pull.
Three things:
If you click Back or move to another section of the site, the thread is automatically returned to the void — that is the site's stated behavior. If you close the browser tab entirely, the thread stays in your inbox and you can open it again next time you sign in.
No. Once a thread leaves your inbox it is gone from your inbox for good, and you will never be dealt that same thread again.
500 characters for the message body and any reply. Subjects are optional and capped at 200 characters. The compose box shows a live character counter.
Not currently. There is no sent-mail view. Once a message goes into the void you cannot look it up or track it.
No. Once a message enters circulation there is no self-service way to withdraw it, and copies already delivered to other users' inboxes cannot be recalled. If a message you sent needs to be removed for a serious reason, email support@voidmailpro.com with as much detail as you can give.
Yes. Voidmail Pro screens messages for personal information, threats, hate speech, and illegal content. Messages that break the content rules do not circulate. Voidmail Pro does not report delivery outcomes for any message — there is no sent view and no delivery confirmation — so the practical advice is simple: keep to the content rules, and do not put anyone's real name, address, or contact details into a message.
Voidmail Pro runs an automatic content filter on both the subject and the body. Messages are rejected if they contain a phone number, an email address, a web link or bare domain, an @handle, a street address, a threat of violence, or heavy word repetition that looks like spam. Empty messages and messages over 500 characters are also rejected. Remove the flagged detail and try again.
That is intended. When a reply is blocked by the content filter, your text is not added, but the thread is still returned to the void. Your daily quota is not charged for a rejected reply.
Threads retire after 25 entries. At that point no more replies can be added and the thread stops circulating.
Probably Sent, Failed Successfully, Deep Void, Trash-ish, and Compliance Purgatory are not built yet. They are shown greyed out and are not available to use. There is no release date for them.
A free account gets 1 send and 1 inbox pull per day. Reading, replying to, forwarding, and deleting messages already in your inbox are unlimited and free.
24 hours after your last reset, not at midnight. Your remaining sends and pulls are shown in the top-right of the inbox screen.
Wait for the 24-hour reset, or buy Void Stamps to keep going now.
Void Stamps are an optional one-time purchase that let you send or pull beyond your free daily quota. One stamp covers one extra send or one extra pull. They do not improve delivery, recipient matching, message visibility, or anything else — Voidmail Pro does not deliver messages to anyone in particular by design.
Three bundles are offered:
| Bundle | Stamps | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Pack | 10 | $1.00 |
| Standard Roll | 50 | $3.00 |
| Full Book | 100 | $5.00 |
The exact amount is always shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
Sign in, click 📮 Buy Void Stamps in the sidebar, pick a bundle, and click Buy. You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. After payment you are returned to your inbox and your stamps are added to your balance.
No. Void Stamps never expire. They stay on your account until you use them, and are only deducted when you send or pull past your free daily quota.
Stamps are credited by Stripe notifying Voidmail Pro after the payment settles, so there can be a short delay. Refresh the page or sign out and back in. If the balance still has not updated after a few minutes, email support@voidmailpro.com with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the purchase.
That is a server-side configuration error, not a problem with your account or card. Please report it to support@voidmailpro.com.
No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Voidmail Pro never sees or stores card details.
No. Voidmail Pro has a single free account type. Void Stamps are one-time purchases only.
No — there is nothing to trial. The account is free to create and free to use within the daily quota, indefinitely.
There is nothing to cancel. There is no recurring billing, no subscription, and no renewal date. Buying Void Stamps is a one-off charge that never repeats. If you simply want to stop using the site, you can stop at any time with no further charges.
There are no tiers to move between. The only paid option is buying more Void Stamps, which you can do any time from the sidebar.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out to support@voidmailpro.com and we'll take care of it. Include the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. Refunds are issued through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Voidmail Pro reserves the right to refuse service or take further action in cases of repeated or abusive refund requests.
No. Your email address is used only to sign you in. It is never shown to other users, never included in a message, and never attached to anything you send.
Yes — messages circulate with no author information attached. However, they are read by real strangers. Do not put anything private, sensitive, or identifying in a message. The content filter blocks common identifiers, but it cannot catch everything.
Your email address, your display name, a permanent internal ID from your Nolan Media account, your generated username, a session cookie, the messages you have written, and your daily usage counts. Your password is held by the Nolan Media account system and is never seen by Voidmail Pro. Payment card data is never collected — Stripe handles that. Full details are in the Privacy Policy at voidmailpro.com/privacy.
Voidmail Pro uses Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, which sets cookies in your browser. Cookies needed to sign you in and run the site are always on. When you first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page lets you accept or reject analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer (or in the sidebar once signed in). Full details are in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
No. Voidmail Pro shows no advertising. We do not set advertising cookies, do not use advertising identifiers, and do not build advertising profiles. Your email address, your messages, and your Voidmail Pro activity are never shared with advertisers.
There are two different things this can mean, so choose carefully:
Either way, requests are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and you can keep using your account until then.
Your Voidmail Pro record is removed: your email address, your generated username, your usage counts, and your active sessions. Any unused Void Stamps are forfeited — they are not refunded and cannot be transferred, so use them before requesting deletion if you want their value. Messages you already sent keep circulating anonymously, carry no link to you, and cannot be recalled from other users' inboxes. Purchase records are kept for financial and tax purposes.
Your Nolan Media sign-in is not deleted by this, so if you sign in to Voidmail Pro again later you will start fresh with a new empty account. If you want your sign-in removed as well, use nolanmedia.cc/data-deletion.
Account data and messages are retained indefinitely to support the circulation feature, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time from the Delete Account option in the sidebar, and requests are processed within 2 business days.
Accounts can be suspended for violating the content rules in the Terms of Service. If you believe this is a mistake, email support@voidmailpro.com from the address on the account.
Your session has most likely expired or the account status has changed. Sign out, sign back in, and try again. If it keeps happening, contact support@voidmailpro.com.
Refresh the page. If it still fails, try disabling ad or script blockers for voidmailpro.com, or use a different browser. The check appears on the compose screen and must be completed before you can send a message. It is no longer part of signing in.
Support requests are usually answered within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Yes. You must be 13 or older, and you confirm this with a checkbox before you are taken to the sign-in page. It appears every time you sign in rather than only the first time, because Voidmail Pro cannot tell whether you already have an account until after you have signed in — just tick it and continue. An account cannot be created without it.
There is no self-service way to withdraw a message, and messages are stored without any record of who wrote them, so we cannot look up "your" messages. If you can give us the exact text of the message, we may be able to find and remove it from circulation, but we cannot guarantee it — and copies already delivered to other users' inboxes cannot be recalled. The reliable protection is to check what you are sending before you send it.
Email support@voidmailpro.com. Include the email address on your account, what you were trying to do, and the exact message you saw on screen.
Email support@voidmailpro.com. Refunds, suspended accounts, missing Void Stamps, and anything this page does not cover are all handled by email. We'll route this one proper. Promise.
