Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Email address — supplied by the Nolan Media sign-in service when you sign in (see section 3). Never displayed publicly.
• A permanent internal user ID — issued by the Nolan Media sign-in service. This, not your email address, is what your Voidmail Pro account is filed under, so changing your email address does not change or lose your account.
• A session cookie — set in your browser to keep you signed in. It contains a random session identifier and nothing else; it cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• Messages you send — stored to enable the anonymous circulation feature of the platform. Message text is stored without any author field, so a message is never labelled with who wrote it.
• Usage counts — daily send and pull counts used for quota enforcement.
• An internal activity log — records which account sent, received, replied to, forwarded, or deleted a message thread. This is used to stop you being dealt your own messages, to enforce quotas, and to investigate abuse. It is never shown to other users, and it is removed from any identity when your account is deleted (see section 9).

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Your name, phone number, or physical address
• Payment information (all transactions are handled by Stripe; we do not store card data)
• Passwords — sign-in is handled by Nolan Media (see section 3). Voidmail Pro never receives your password and has none to store
• Anything from your Google account beyond your name and email address, if you choose to sign in with Google — no contacts, photos, posts, or friends list

Voidmail Pro shows no advertising. We do not set advertising cookies, do not use advertising identifiers, and do not build advertising profiles. This site does use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser — see section 7 for details, opt-out options, and how to change your cookie choice.

3. How You Sign In

Signing in to Voidmail Pro is handled by Nolan Media, which operates a single sign-in service for all of its products at auth.nolanmedia.cc. This is our own self-hosted identity server, not a third-party login provider. Full details are in the Nolan Media Privacy Policy.

When you sign in, Voidmail Pro receives three things and nothing more: your email address, your display name, and a permanent internal user ID issued by that sign-in service. Your password is never sent to Voidmail Pro.

You can sign in with a password you set on the Nolan Media sign-up form, or with Sign in with Google. If you use Google, the only permission requested is your name and email address — Voidmail Pro receives no contacts, photos, posts, friends list, or profile browsing, and cannot request them. If the email address on your Google account matches an existing Nolan Media account, the two are treated as the same account rather than creating a duplicate.

Account recovery. Your account can be reached by password, by Google, or by the one-time recovery codes issued when you sign up. Losing access to an email address does not mean losing your account.

One account across products. If you sign up for more than one Nolan Media product using the same email address, that is one account, not several. Signing in to Voidmail Pro therefore uses the same credentials as any other Nolan Media product you use. This matters when you ask for deletion — see section 9.

Your email address is not displayed to other users, not included in any messages, and not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Messages

Messages you compose on Voidmail Pro are stored in our database and may be read by other users of the platform as part of the anonymous circulation feature. Messages are not attributed to your email address when shown to other users. Do not include personal or sensitive information in messages.

5. Infrastructure

Voidmail Pro is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with data stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare's standard network logs may include IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile

Voidmail Pro uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the site from bots, spam, automated abuse, and repeated fake requests. Turnstile may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser/user-agent information, TLS fingerprint, the Turnstile site key, and the page origin. Cloudflare states that Turnstile uses these signals for bot detection and site security, not to identify, profile, or target individual users. 7. Analytics

Voidmail Pro uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view on this site, and the time you spend on them. This information is used in aggregate to measure traffic and improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to your Voidmail Pro account or to any message you send.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

8. Third Parties That Receive Data

Voidmail Pro relies on the following service providers, and no others:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database storage, and the Turnstile human check (see sections 5 and 6).
• Nolan Media — operates the sign-in service that Voidmail Pro uses, as described in section 3. Nolan Media is the operator of Voidmail Pro, not an outside company. Your sign-in details are held on its self-hosted identity server.
• Resend — delivery of service emails, such as confirming an account deletion request. Receives your email address for that purpose only.
• Stripe — payment processing for Void Stamps, including refunds and payment disputes. Receives the payment details you enter at checkout. We never see or store your card data.
• Google — Analytics, as described in section 7, and, only if you choose it, Sign in with Google as described in section 3. We do not use Google AdSense or any other advertising network.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Account data and messages are retained indefinitely to support the platform's circulation feature.

Because one Nolan Media account signs you in to every Nolan Media product (see section 3), there are two different things you might be asking for, and they are not the same request:

• Delete my Voidmail Pro data. Your Voidmail Pro records are removed. Your Nolan Media account survives, and any other Nolan Media products you use are untouched. Use the Delete Account option in the Voidmail Pro sidebar once signed in, or contact us at the address below.
• Delete my Nolan Media account entirely. Your sign-in is deleted and you can no longer sign in to any Nolan Media product, not just Voidmail Pro. Any Google connection goes with it. Instructions are at nolanmedia.cc/data-deletion, and you do not need to be signed in to make that request.

Deletion requests are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Deleting your Voidmail Pro account removes your Voidmail Pro account record — your email address, your generated username, your usage counts, and your active sessions. Any unused Void Stamps on the account are forfeited.

Messages you have already sent stay in the system and keep circulating after your account is deleted. They are never displayed with any author information, message text is stored without an author field, and once your account record is removed the internal activity log no longer resolves to you or to your email address — so the messages remain anonymous. They cannot be retroactively removed from other users' inboxes. If a specific message needs to be taken out of circulation, contact us at the address below and we will review it.

Records of Void Stamp purchases are retained after account deletion where we are required to keep them for financial, tax, and accounting purposes.

10. Children

Voidmail Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
